What made the stay especially easy was the helpful staff. They were courteous, attentive, and quick to assist with a smile. The room was roomy, clean, and well cared for, so it felt relaxing after a long day. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone wanting comfortable, hassle-free accommodation.

The hotel is in a handy spot for Sri Ramakrishna hospital, and check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was spotless and the staff were friendly. The food was can get adjacent areas. I had an excellent stay and would recommend it.

Being asked to post a Google review on the spot felt inappropriate. Reviews should be voluntary. That came on top of a frustrating night at reception, where staff asked for more money than had clearly been agreed over the phone. The pricing felt far from transparent. The night staff member was rude and dismissive, had no patience to listen, and showed little professionalism or basic etiquette. The whole stay was unpleasant from beginning to end. Unless the hotel makes major improvements to its service and pricing transparency, I strongly advise people to avoid it.

The central location made things comfortable, and the rooms were well cleaned. It's a neat place, suitable for family visits, with friendly, courteous staff. I'd recommend it and would come back on my next business trip. Thanks to the team.
