OYO Flagship 48158 Ss Towers

The room only had a small mirror above the washbasin, so it wasn't useful for getting ready because I couldn't see myself fully. I'd suggest adding a long mirror in the room. The place was clean and well maintained, though the infrastructure isn't as updated as Oyo rooms in cities. For example, there was no cupboard or wardrobe.

The receptionist was calm and responsive to our questions, and there's ample parking for both two and four wheelers. It's right on the main road, with bus stops nearby, and food is within walking distance, so that wasn't a problem. A wonderful place to stay in Coimbatore for bachelors.

The service was good, but the restrooms weren't very good. At a room rate of Rs.1000, I felt it was a bit expensive, especially since AC cost another 300 ruppees. I've also stayed at OYO in eachaneri, where they charged 1000 ruppees and the service was toooo good. The staff were friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and AC was included. The OYO rooms in kuniyamuthur weren't worth 1000 ruppees.

We spent about an hour outside the hotel, knocking on the gate and hoping someone would hear us. It was locked when we arrived around 2:30am, and nobody answered our calls. We eventually gave up and found another hotel nearby, but it cost almost twice as much. OYO said the refund would have an 18% cutoff. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. We had booked two days through the OYO app because we'd arrive late and wanted to avoid check-in problems. The place looked more like a shopping complex. Calls to the number provided by OYO never connected, and OYO customer care couldn't reach them either. I would never recommend this place.
