Park Avenue Suites

We were given complimentary breakfast, and the staff were very polite. The room was clean and felt safe for our family.

The staff are helpful and courteous, and the rooms are well maintained. A couple of the family rooms have two bedrooms, making them more like a 2 BHK apartment, with a microwave and refrigerator in the kitchen but no stove. Breakfast is included in the tariff, with a decent, tasty South Indian selection. The hotel has no restaurant, so you’ll need to rely on a swingy or Zomato for meals. It’s a pleasant, reasonably priced stay at a not-so-expansive hotel, a couple of kilometres from Coimbatore airport.

It’s worth the money. The suite was very clean and felt safe for a family, solo, or business stay. Complimentary food was provided, and the video is awesome. It’s a five-minute walk from the bus stop for other districts.

We arrived for our reservation on 15 aug 2025 at 2pm, but the rooms weren’t cleaned or ready. We waited half an hour and got no apology or reaction from the hotel staff. Customer service was poor, and no one we spoke with across the shifts, including the manager, handled our complaint. Cleanliness was poor too. The tap and tissue holder were broken, there were no amenities, and the AC and fan cooled badly. We reported the issues, but nobody came to the room or fixed them. The bathroom floor was slippery and not suitable for elderly people. The suites are like apartments with two rooms, which wasn’t disclosed at booking. You could choose this stay for its location, but that’s about it.
