Sarvam Serviced Apartment

The staff, especially the manager, were rude and didn't respond to our concerns. The rooms weren't as confirmed when we booked, and cleanliness was poor, with basic amenities missing or not maintained properly. During peak vacation season, they said there were no other options available, which felt misleading and like they were taking advantage of the situation. There was no customer care, accountability, or willingness to help. This ruined our experience. Worst hotel experience ever, I don't recommend it.

The manager acted as if they were doing us a favor, and was extremely rude and disrespectful when we raised concerns. We had confirmed proper accommodation in advance, but the room was nowhere near what was promised when we arrived. They claimed we wouldn't find a room elsewhere during vacation season, which felt like they were taking advantage of limited options. It was a frustrating, unpleasant stay. Worst place ever. I don't recommend booking here.

SARWAM had a calm feel, and the service was great throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We'd love to come back.

The receptionist's behavior was the worst I've experienced. When we raised legitimate concerns, the host was disrespectful and unprofessional. They shifted blame instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, then answered rudely. The whole stay felt stressful and uncomfortable.
