I was promised breakfast every day, but they kept me waiting and I didn’t get even a cup of tea or breakfast on any day. After check-in, nobody cared, and they didn’t clean the room or replace the towels. I was there on business for three days, and the bathroom was bad too. Think twice before paying. Cheaters.
The room was spacious, and the food was good. Every staff member at the trident was gentle and very helpful.

The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Divakar, and the food from the restaurant or service was great. We were a group of 30 staying for three days for a sports tournament. The location is a little isolated, but it was great value for money overall.
The staff were very good and helpful, the balcony was great, and the food was definitely very good. We stayed at SR boutique stay for two days, in a calm and quiet but remote location. The rooms were only average, though. Even as a service apartment, there was no fridge or washing machine. The AC worked, but its remote didn’t, and broken bed stitching kept disturbing our sleep. The towels had faded in color, and parking was very cramped, making it tedious to park a big vehicle like an SUV. It’s a budget stay, but they should improve the experience if they want to attract more corporate customers.
