The bed was full of hair, and the bedcover was poor, with unwashed pillows and no cleanliness. Even one star feels too generous. I was completely disappointed. Don’t come here, even if it’s free.

The room had a muddy, dusty smell, the sheets and covers hadn’t been washed, and the staff behaved terribly. A very poor room experience.

The location was the sole good point, but it couldn’t make up for the poor cleanliness and service. This wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying unless they improve their standards significantly. As soon as I walked in, there was a musty smell. The room was nothing like the online photos: stained walls and linen that felt unwashed. The bathroom was worse, with leaking faucets, poor drainage, and no hot water. The towels were old and rough. I called the front desk several times, but housekeeping never came. The AC barely worked, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

The toilet and room weren’t clean. The lodge website mentioned WiFi and other facilities, but they weren’t available.

For 1600, the room was okay for two adults and felt worth the money. The bathroom, bed, and pillow were clean, but one of the two bedsheets they gave us was torn. The AC worked only averagely, and the water heater wasn’t working properly. It’s near Gandhipuram bus stand.
