I booked through goibibo, and the process went smoothly. The room was clean and neat, and it felt worth the money. It’s on a busy road with lots of shopping nearby, and underground parking makes it convenient for two-wheelers and cars. CCTV monitoring also made it feel safe to stay. The only issue was the very old bathroom pipes: I couldn’t turn off the hot water pipe and had some trouble in the morning. Otherwise, no problems.

Check-in and check-out are available around the clock. I booked a non-AC double room, and the reception was good, though the lighting could use a little improvement.

Being right in the market area is a plus. The hotel interior, though, doesn't feel suitable for families, especially those with children. Fine for a single night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The bedroom felt claustrophobic, and the building layout and bathroom were both poor. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very bad.
