Our balcony room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We loved the fresh, delicious food, whether breakfast or an evening meal, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and easy to approach. Monkeys came onto our balcony twice, though the warnings about them were plentiful. The in-room safe wasn’t working. It’s quiet and peaceful, but you need a tut Tut ride to get into town. We’d stay again.

I had Paneer Tikka Masala, Butter Naan, Dal Khichdi, and chicken 65, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The Caramel Custard was divine too. With attentive, helpful staff and such a peaceful, soothing atmosphere, it made for a memorable meal from start to finish.

The staff handled all our various requests with no fuss. They were friendly, kind, and helpful, and both the included breakfast and our evening meals were tasty and well made. We stayed three days in a deluxe AC room. It was spacious, with a large terrace balcony and all the expected features for the price, though the decor looked a little tired and could use a fresh coat of paint. That’s why I’d give the room 4 stars. Like many hotels in Coonoor, it’s a bit outside the centre, about 2km, but an auto ride is easy.

The fresh, tasty food was comforting in the chilly weather, and the traditional veg dishes had balanced flavors and felt satisfying and homely. A lovely place for authentic Tamil Nadu food, especially when visiting the cold hill station of Ooty. Nice South Indian vegetarian meals.

It was peaceful inside the restaurant, with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I enjoyed my meal: the Paneer Tikka Masala, Butter Naan, and Dal Khichdi were all excellent, and the Caramel Custard was amazing too.
