The view from the property is truly breathtaking, and being away from the city bustle with that lawn made it special. Suman and her husband were ready to help with everything, and she changed the whole experience for my family. The food was great, the cleaning was absolutely top notch, and everything was on time. The final 100m to the property is extremely steep and completely broken, a nightmare for our cab driver despite being such a short distance. I've stayed with stayvista a couple of times before, and we were here for two days, but no stayvista manager contacted me the day before to plan check-in, which was a first. We arrived to an empty property. Since I booked through cleartrip, I didn't have the manager's number and had no idea whom to contact to get in. I eventually reached stayvista customer support, but there was no IVR option for an existing booking, so I had to choose new bookings and ask for help. The support person first declined because I was in the new-booking section, then understood and helped. After paying for a stayvista premium chain, I expected much better.
