The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a natural feel and plenty of care in the details. The setting at Zana in the Wild is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and made it easy to unwind. We stayed from 25th to 26th, and the welcome was warm from the start. The staff were polite and attentive, and handled our questions and small requests with care. It was a short, refreshing visit, and we left with lovely memories. We'd happily return, and recommend it to anyone after a quiet break in Jim Corbett.

We booked by phone after spending nearly a week looking at properties, and trusted the booking office staff and the pictures online. For our anniversary weekend, we had specifically asked for a room with a patio fireplace. Instead, we were given the four-bed room WILSON, which looked nothing like the photos. It felt as if the room had been opened before the work was finished, and the decor was unpleasant, like being in a wooden box. We mentioned the problem to reception, but they seemed far more focused on a group of office guests who acted as if they owned the place. We chose not to push it further, since we thought that would only upset us more and spoil the weekend. The food was below par too, though the room and service issues stood out more. They describe this as a luxury escape, but we found neither luxury nor an escape from city chaos.
The location is lovely, tucked among Mango trees, and the exterior looks extraordinary. But the rooms are quite small, the bathroom feels improvised, and breakfast is very basic. For what they charge during office season, I don't see the luxury they claim to offer. Based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a luxury experience.
The location is fine, but getting anything brought to the room took at least 3-4 calls, and the room design is below average. The bathroom commode seemed sized for kids rather than grown men, and the door locking mechanism was so badly designed it felt made for Einstein to figure out. Food quality was okay, though there wasn't much variety. I'd save the money and choose a 2 star hotel for similar service. I would still recommend Zana Forest Resort, Ranthambore, which is much better than this one.
Pathetic, just pathetic. We paid ₹19,000 per day and the stay didn't come close to justifying that price. The buffet listed in our package wasn't available, the food was poor, and both the rooms and service were disappointing. For a family, it was also a letdown to find no garden, gym, or kids' play area. At that rate, the resort felt hugely overpriced. Given its 2-star quality, I think it should cost no more than ₹3,000 a day. I wouldn't recommend Zana Resort to anyone wanting a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Jim Corbett. There are better value options elsewhere.
