The private balcony in every room is a real highlight. From mine, I could see snow-covered mountains, waterfalls, and all of Manali town below. Sightseeing places are within walking distance, and the hotel is a great value for money, balancing cost and comfort better than similar hotels in Manali, which are way too expensive compared with Hotel Ishaan. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Service was reliable and fast without being overly expensive. The food was very good, with lots of dishes to choose from, and the buffet was good and reasonably priced. Unlimited hot water was convenient, and the staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. This place deserves another visit, and I highly recommend it to travellers.

The staff were responsible and responsive, and the hotel was nice. They gave us four full mattresses, which was great service, and the accommodations were more than reasonable. The rooms had some electrical supply problems, but were fine otherwise. Food choices were negligible, and the non-vegetarian options, mainly poultry and eggs, smelled bad.

We had a peaceful, memorable stay at this Manali resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the mountain views from the beautiful location were amazing. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist. The food was tasty and hygienic. I’d highly recommend it for families and couples.

The view is amazing, and the rooms are so clean and tidy. Service was quick, and the food tasted good too. I loved it all. If I could, I’d give it six stars, but there aren’t six-star ratings.

It has huge rooms, a beautiful dining hall, and friendly staff, with a lovely homelike feel. It’s not the luxury resort you might have in mind. It feels like a cute hotel from a storybook, and the views from the rooms are magical and amazing. If you book dinners, they’re hot, healthy, and homemade. Service is quick and friendly. For a spacious room, beautiful view, and perfect location, I totally recommend this place.
