Pipul Padmaja Pride

The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient and quiet. I found the room comfortable, clean, and well cared for. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’d happily visit again 😊

Dining was a real pleasure during our 12 days at Pipul Padmaja Pride, Cuttack. The restaurant staff were courteous and remembered our likes and dislikes, adjusting meals to our tastes with warmth. Their welcoming manner seemed to extend to everyone. We had worried about daily comfort and food preferences during such a long stay, but the team anticipated what we needed. Housekeeping consistently cared for the rooms and bathrooms, keeping them clean and restful. Mr. Rati Ranjan coordinated smoothly across departments and seemed to understand guest needs intuitively. At reception, Mr. Harish, Miss Sandhya and Mr. Biswajit made a lasting impression with their humility, attention, and dedication, even handling little details in our daily routine gracefully. The rooms, service, ambience, and dining all reflected the care put into the hotel. The whole team made our stay memorable, and I look forward to returning for their thoughtful hospitality.

Kunu’s decoration was fabulous, and the teamwork and service were excellent. We held our marriage ceremony here and really liked the ambience. Mr Deepak, the manager, deserves special thanks for doing such a great job. Highly recommended 👍😁

Swadhin Jena at the front office made check-in easy and arranged what I needed during my two-day stay. The hotel is easy to reach on Link Road in Cuttack, with generous parking, pleasant surroundings, and well-kept rooms. Dinner in the restaurant could be more peaceful. Staff should avoid loud conversations among themselves, and the service etiquette needs attention. During buffet dinner, I was given a glass of cold drink against a sweet. Sweets and ice cream would be better as regular menu items. Still, it’s a good hotel for a pleasant stay. I appreciate the management and wish them well.
