The clean washrooms and good decor were positives, and the rooms are an okay size for the premium ones, though overall they're a bit small. But the prices are far too high for Gkp. I've stayed a few times, and given the cost they need to improve both service quality and pricing. The manager could also be friendlier and more focused on customer satisfaction instead of just enjoying the demand for rooms. With few good OYO Hotels in gkp and a prime location, this can feel like an obvious option, but prices can exceed what you'd pay for a 3 star hotel in the heart of a metro city. There are no windows opening outside in deluxe rooms, very few TV channels, and the AC doesn't work properly in some rooms. Room service is painfully slow. There's no dedicated parking since the hotel starts on the 1st floor, and no in house kitchen or restaurant, so you have to order from the overpriced sagar ratna just below the hotel. If you're looking for an OYO near the bus stop, city mall, gol ghar, or gkp university, this is the one. The other option is tulip inn. The rest are bogus, impractical, or you could look for better non OYO hotels through MMT if their policies fit your needs. MMT has a few good 3-5 star options in gkp, though there aren't many.

We booked 12 rooms for an engagement party, and I'm glad we booked the venue somewhere else. If we'd held the function at this pathetic hotel, its staff's lack of hospitality experience could have ruined it. The staff were the worst, and so was the manager, Mr. Keshav. He spoke very politely, but none of the things we asked him to fix ever reached our rooms, including AC cooling, a water bottle, and a bedsheet. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemy.

I booked three nights, but the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. I asked for room freshener six times and never got any, so I ended up using perfume instead. The bathroom was unclean, stained, and covered with green algae, and the dusty wardrobe still had trash from previous guests. There was no Wi-Fi either. They simply said it wasn't working and wouldn't give me the password. The staff were humble, but the service sucked.

The place was filthy, and I got locked in room 208 because the lock was faulty. Even the hotel staff asked me whether I knew how to operate the hotel locks. Service was bad too. Nobody could bring me a single glass of water when I arrived or even later in the room. The guy I asked for water was drunk himself that night. No point listing the rest.
