There’s no lift, and the entrance is shared by the accommodation and the bar. I wouldn’t choose this place for a family stay. The rooms look very different from their photos.

Daman is open and wide, so look elsewhere before booking this place. I stayed for one day in November 2020 and found the room filthy, with dirty, smelly beds and water that wasn’t clean. People were getting drunk and dancing in the corridors. The rooms also don’t look like the ones shown in the pictures.

The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, and the beds and mattresses smelled strongly of non-vegetarian food and wine. There was no water available. The staff were rude and had no sense of how to speak to people. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

This guest house was so dirty that I found it uncomfortable for families and couples. I can only give it one star.

Good location. If you’re a bachelor and can’t get into other hotels, this one may suit you.
