The hotel's ambience is nice, though the location isn't especially good.

Hotel Grandeur is a convenient base for a short stay or business trip if you want basic comfort. It offers Executive AC Rooms, free cancellation options, and various payment offers. It’s on White House Lane, Opp. Monghabhai Hall, Bechar Road, near both Valsad Railway Station and Central Bus Stand.

The complimentary breakfast was limited to Bread and Paratha every day, with no other options. I booked six nights, but the room assigned to me had a nonworking AC. I complained several times, and the staff neither fixed it nor arranged another room. Terrible experience. Avoid staying here.

The five-star ratings seem to come from the property owners and their associates, so that tells you something about the service. People working in hospitality should know how to speak and behave, but there was no professionalism here. Visit at your own risk.

The pricing was good for the quality, and the staff went out of their way to make our event memorable. They were attentive and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. I had a fantastic experience hosting at their banquet and highly recommend it for a hassle-free, well-organized event.
