We’ve been staying at this hotel since Dec 16th, and so far the reception staff have been very good. We booked on a map plan, and when the team asked what we wanted for food, they did what they could to help. We were very unhappy with restaurant staff member Ms Bitstina, though. She shouted at us about the food and didn’t speak to customers with good manners. I work in hospitality myself and don’t usually complain about anyone, but she is often on her mobile and pays no attention to customers. If you ask her something, she tells you to ask the front desk, who will inform you. We really don’t like the way she treats customers. Please explain to her how customers should be treated. She never smiles. I think the hotel manager should personally train her. I request that no action be taken against her; please change her instead.

The place feels old and average, and the corridors smell bad. Our room was damp, and the reception staff were rude. I’d recently had an operation, so we asked for food without much oil or spice, but they ignored that request. Even breakfast was full of oil, masala, and coloring. I won’t come back. Please avoid this hotel.

The service was awful and needs a lot of improvement. The receptionist should focus on solving problems instead of giving illogical replies. Customers are paying, so staff should know how to deal with them. And don’t rely on the complimentary breakfast.

The food was surprisingly good, and the staff were friendly. It’s a decent place for the price, in a quiet spot away from the city bustle but still not too far from isbt ghy.
