Hotel Silver By OYO Rooms

It was the peaceful atmosphere that made our anniversary stay at Hotel Silver in Daman feel so memorable. The staff were polite and helpful, and made sure things went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the visit really relaxing. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to couples or families visiting Daman. Looking forward to going back!

Silver hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and quick. The outside area was lovely, especially the pool and the atmosphere at silver restaurant. The deluxe room was only okay. Its brownish tiles looked boring and didn't feel like hotel room tiles. Drinks like beer and alcohol, plus lunch and dinner, were very expensive. Silver restaurant food wasn't that good either, so really you can just enjoy the live music and DJ night. The watchman's behaviour was very rude and arrogant, like he thought he was something. He was undisciplined and didn't know how to talk to people.

The food was fabulous, and live music plays every evening. All the staff were helpful. There is a spa, with rates starting at Rs. 1200, and a clean swimming pool. The property is great and near Devka Beach, with plenty of parking inside. Room rates are Rs. 3000 with a bathtub, or Rs. 2000 with a garden view. Must visit.

There seems to be a difference in the service depending on how guests pay. If someone buys tea directly at the resort, they get a proper cup, while tea already paid for as part of a room package comes in a paper cup. Breakfast is similar: ordering it separately gets noticeably better service, while included breakfast feels less attended to, as if it's taken for granted. I hope management looks into this. Everyone should get the same standard of service, whether they prepaid for something or bought it separately.
