OYO 14549 Hotel Lotus Residency

There was a bad smell throughout the place, and bugs crawling around everywhere. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, and staff were unhelpful and unprofessional from the start. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, unbearable and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom had no lights, the walls were leaking, and the bed sheets were stained all over. It was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever visited, third class. We had kids with us, so please avoid places like this as much as possible.

This hotel is nowhere near worth the price, and the service was awful. Within five minutes of paying, we spotted small cockroaches and told reception. He denied it and said, "Do whatever you want, I won't refund the money."

I stayed one night with two families, and both rooms smelled bad and had poor housekeeping. The beds were in poor condition and staff service was very bad. My child got ill, so I left at 6 o'clock in the morning. Please don't go to this hotel.
