OYO 1983 Hotel Sai Kripa Imperial

Breakfast was good, though it’d be nice to have at least one simple or less spicy option for children. The rest of the room didn’t match the high tariff. The ambience needs a lot of improvement, the bathroom was in very poor condition, and both the tap and shower leaked. There was no toilet paper. The room and washroom locks didn’t work properly, raising safety and convenience concerns, and the TV was unreliable. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and Dish TV was only activated after we asked repeatedly. Street parking is available, but it’s entirely at the guest’s risk and responsibility, something they should explain beforehand.

The location is very convenient, and the hostel felt safe, peaceful, and comfortable for a family. Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi were always available. The warden and management were friendly and supportive, and the food was good with proper hygiene. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with regular housekeeping. One of the best places to stay.

Room service was okay, and the room and washroom were definitely clean. They left a clean towel, two shampoo pouches, and two small soaps. The only thing that bothered me was the drinking water. We got one small bottle on arrival, then had to buy every bottle after that, with no refills. So regular RO water wasn’t available unless you purchased it. Apart from that, I felt it was a good stay.

Friendly staff and a good, well-maintained room. Good value for money.
