The food menu was mostly useless, since most of the listed items weren’t available and only a few options remained. The rooms also looked old and neglected, with filthy windows that made me uncomfortable even opening them. Cleanliness and maintenance seemed to be ignored. The front desk was the worst part. Staff were rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. I called reception because the hotel phone service wasn’t working, but my calls were ignored. When they finally answered, they spoke down to me and said, “I’m busy, call later. Can’t you understand?” Guests are told to contact reception for help, but reception itself was the problem. There was no professionalism or respect for guests. Staying here was a mistake, and I’d strongly advise others to stay away unless they’re fine with rude service and substandard facilities.

We stayed for only two days because we’d already paid in advance, and the rooms were extremely unhygienic. The AC didn’t work, and although there was a fridge cabinet, there was no fridge inside. Food service was terrible. Two thirds of the menu items weren’t available. We ordered dinner, but after staff took the order, they forgot to serve it. When we followed up, they said the kitchen was closed and refused to bring the food. Staff gave the strangest, most illogical answers to basic questions and showed no accountability. I don’t know how this property is rated three stars. It doesn’t deserve even a quarter of a star. If it were the last hotel in Daman, I’d rather sleep on the street.

I booked based on online recommendations, but the actual condition was far below what I expected. The swimming pool was dirty, and staff did nothing after I told them. The pool washroom was also in bad shape, with a broken commode flush and shower. In the room, the shower was broken too, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and the television channels weren’t subscribed. We also didn’t get a welcome drink when we arrived. These are basic facilities guests expect from a hotel. Poor maintenance and the staff’s lack of response made the stay unpleasant. I hope management fixes the service and maintenance problems for future guests.

The location is handy for travelers, with easy access from the main road and close to the station if you're heading to Daman. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous. The spacious rooms were clean and well maintained, and the AC worked perfectly. The restaurant food was tasty, with decent variety at breakfast. A comfortable, reliable option for families and couples looking for a premium stay in the area. 🏨
