The beer was warm, there was nobody working on the veg side, and the staff member answering us was rude, like he was fed up too. Service was really poor. We’d been drinking and then went to 9 degree. People seem to prefer 9 Degree now, and honestly it’s the exact opposite of this place. Maybe he was born because shayadri gives such bad service.

Housekeeping kept missing our repeated requests, and management wasn’t responsive. When we complained, they dismissed it or made vague promises that never happened. Staff seemed uninterested in basic questions and could be rude, without apologizing or explaining anything. It felt like guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority. A very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. There are much better options where guests are treated with respect.

So many bad experiences. The seating area wasn’t comfortable, the mosquitoes were awful, and the alcohol was bad. Just a bad experience.

Please don’t choose sahyadri villa for a family stay. The place was poorly maintained and not clean. There was no water in the bathroom, and the towels smelled. Worst experience, definitely not somewhere I’d recommend.

We stayed in the villa for two nights. The pool was good, and there are two sections, veg and non veg. Breakfast service in the veg section was very slow. In the non veg section, where veg food is also available, service was quicker and the food was much better. It’s a good place for 3-4 couples or 15-16 bachelors to stay and enjoy the in-house bar and disco party. The villa could use a little renovation.
