We paid around 74500+ taxes per night for two days, but the rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and even towels weren’t brought on time. The service and basic amenities were very poor for that price. Parking wasn’t included and cost an extra 7300 per day. There was no refrigerator in the room, and breakfast was limited to vegetarian food, with even eggs costing extra. They also charge 71200 extra for children above 5, which seems unreasonable given the service. It feels like they charge extra for almost everything. This may be the first resort in Daman I’ve come across without proper parking or basic breakfast options like eggs. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We couldn’t hold our small birthday celebration in an open area, which disappointed us and our family. Check-in and check-out times were inflexible, and staff gave us no proper help on arrival or departure. Nobody helped with our luggage, which was frustrating. Management should train the front desk and other staff to be more supportive. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, and that was missing here. The policies should be more customer-friendly so guests feel valued rather than restricted.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family stay. The hospitality was awful, and the reception manager was very rude. Hygiene: 3/5, location: 4/5, hospitality: 1/5. Don’t rely on them for outside services like a scooty or auto. Breakfast choices are limited.

I had a bad experience and wouldn’t book here. Check the rules first: they take 2000 rupees per room as a deposit, and charge extra for everything. A water bottle marked ₹20 was sold for ₹35.5.
