The property itself looks good, but my stay at The Deltin fell short. Getting onto the Wi-Fi was needlessly complicated, and the room entertainment was basic. I had to call a technician to make it work. We were repeatedly asked to settle meal and service bills right away. When I asked about paying at checkout, I was told that was only possible after a ₹3,000 security deposit. Nobody mentioned this at check-in, and the policy felt unusual and distrustful. The spa also got our booking wrong: we asked for two people, but it was booked for one, and we only found out after paying. The atmosphere wasn't relaxing either. The lunch buffet cost too much for its limited selection. With the service and policies like these, the stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We had plenty of room to stroll around the large property, and our room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view over the pool. The Sunday brunch was another highlight, with lots of dishes prepared well and options for different tastes. The Deltin, Daman made for a luxurious, relaxing weekend, especially if you're after good food and space to unwind.

The staff were very helpful, and there was lawn space where my family could play. Our room had plenty of space and was excellent. The buffet was top notch in both range and preparation, though there weren't many meat choices. A great place for families.

We had a memorable meal thanks to the restaurant team, especially Munni, who was warm and attentive throughout. The buffet had a lot to choose from, including different kinds of Maggi, Italian food, chaat, and a broad range of Indian dishes. The hotel itself feels upscale and well kept, and it's one of the biggest and most premium properties in Daman.

Mohit, Vaibhav, binud and koyal have always looked after me well. They handle situations the way they should and follow through on what's requested. Mohit is the best staff person there, and I hope to see these people in higher positions when I return. Thanks for the great work. The security protocols have troubled me every time, though, so please change some of them.
