The hotel is permanently closed. The owner may try to move you to another nearby hotel and charge extra. Booking online could leave you cheated, so don't book.

This place was too dirty and horrible. It might suit bachelors, but not families or couples. Booking.com lists it as a 5-star hotel with high ratings, but I don't think it deserves even one star. Don't trust those ratings and book here. There's no elevator and no Wi-Fi at all. Taxis don't like coming to the location because the roads are narrow and full of obstacles. Not recommended.

We paid 900 rupees for a room from 7am to 2.30pm while waiting for our flight, even though the nightly rate on boooking.com is 600. They said the usual price was 2500, which nobody should pay for this hotel. The rooms were dark and stuffy. Breakfast wasn't included. We ordered food anyway, but it took an hour to get a paratha and two boiled eggs. After 30 minutes, they told us they didn't have paneer. One worker came into our room even though staff knew we were inside. When we told him to leave, he acted as if he had every right to let himself in. There was no hot water, just a cold bucket wash. At checkout, the receptionist kept asking me to wait without explaining why, while my taxi was outside, then said we still had to pay even though we'd paid at check-in. Awful, not worth it.

The bathroom could use upgrades to its fixtures and amenities, though it was functional. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained, and I slept well. Staff were polite and attentive, which helped make the stay pleasant. The restaurant was a highlight for me. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied my cravings. Overall, Hotel Amenda International was a pleasant place to stay. I'd consider returning, despite the bathroom needing improvement.
