I couldn't find any hotel at the stated location. The listing says it's on Kagaul- Saguna Road near St. Karen's School, but I found no hotel there. The only OYO-style hotel on Kagaul-Saguna Road is Hotel Galaxy, as far as I know. It seems to exist only online, and I feel it's misleading the public. Be careful with this hotel. Worst hotel in patna. Thank you
There's no sign outside the entrance, and the staff are very rude. It seems to be run by just one person, who is often absent. This isn't really a hotel or restaurant, and it was the worst place I've come across in Patna. Cancel your booking right away if you've booked here. Shame on OYO for including it in their listings.
There was no water purifier, and no food was available. The hotel's policies seem to change at any time, including the rules about allowing unmarried couples. Not good.
