I was here for a marriage, and the upkeep and service were very poor. The corridor and lift smelled foul, and my room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was dirty too, and I had to ask them to clean it. They don’t have a system for daily room cleaning. When you request it, staff ask what needs to be done. It was a very bad experience. I’ll never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

The catering was a real highlight at the invitation-only event I attended. Every dish I tried was tasty, well prepared, and beautifully presented, with consistently high quality. They clearly work with a reputable, high-end catering service. I was genuinely impressed.

From 6th Feb-9th Feb, our 3 days stay was very comfortable. The staff were cooperative and took care of our needs, with prompt and courteous service throughout. It was a pleasant experience.

A rat got into the room and ruined all my food and clothes. Room service was awful, with no response when I asked for dinner or a meal, so I had to go to the restaurant area. The water heater wasn’t working, and the food was average. Hygiene was terrible, and the bedsheet and blanket hadn’t been washed after use. Worst service ever.
