The Red Velvet Hotel

We held a small party here and had a good experience. The staff were attentive and cooperative, service went smoothly, and the place was kept clean and hygienic. It's easy to reach, and the food was enjoyed by most guests. A couple of items, especially the sweets, could be better, though the rest of the menu was satisfactory. The hall feels a little small, so it works best for intimate functions with fewer than 80 people. A decent choice for a small gathering, with good service and ambience.

Payal made the check-in and check-out easy, and was polite, professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel felt calm and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a relaxing, pleasant stay and would recommend the place. I hope to visit again.

I paid around 6500 per night for two nights after booking through MakeMyTrip via the official listing, and the experience was extremely disappointing for that price. The bathroom smelled awful and lacked basic hygiene. The room had a strong odor from poor air circulation and humidity, and the toilet was very basic. The soap and lotions didn't look hygienic, so I left them untouched. The blankets didn't look washed. I checked for bedbugs and didn't find any, but still couldn't sleep comfortably. The restaurant was no better, basic hygiene was missing, service was poor, and staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping guests. They even served frozen fish. The welcome drink set the tone, it was basically cheap flavored sugar water. I'll stop there, but clearly I won't be coming back.

I checked in on 28th December 25 and stayed in Room No. 306. Ms. Payal at the front desk was professional, well-mannered, and very helpful. Housekeeping supported me well, and the restaurant staff were polite and attentive. Staff overall were friendly, courteous, and supportive, and the hotel is well located with good food and a comfortable stay. The bathroom needs work. It feels like an older property that hasn't been maintained as well. Some upgrades there could improve the guest experience.
