The hotel's only entrance and exit was locked from inside overnight, with nobody on duty at the front desk. Leaving guests unable to get out like that seems like a serious fire safety violation and shows disregard for their safety. I won't get into all the missing basics, such as a working phone, fresh bed linens, a clean bathroom, or courteous staff. Avoid this place if you can.

The room was filthy: cigarette butts on the floor, dust everywhere, an overflowing bin, and a dirty toilet with a clogged drain. There was no geyser, Wi-Fi, clean bedding, soap, shampoo, or oil. Staff would politely promise to sort things out, but nothing actually got done. For the price, even a ₹500-700 Oyo room could offer better service. This was not cost-effective at all.

Mr harsh banaudha was helpful and really attentive to customers. His attitude is why we plan to visit again. The rooms were good too, and the place had a nice atmosphere and staff.
