A very clean homestay, especially the bathroom, and the owner was cooperative and soft-spoken. It’s close to Murud beach, and if you want to see dolphins there, go before 7am. Such a mesmerizing sight 🌼 Must visit if you’re after a hygienic homestay.

The Wi-Fi range isn’t good, and the room is very small and cozy. It needs maintenance, too. The bedsheets, pillows, and mattress were all old and too hard, and should be replaced.

After taking half the payment, the owner and staff suddenly brought up random rules. Their behavior toward guests was rude and vulgar. Compared with other stays and villas, the food is costly and the portions are pathetic. If you’re traveling from Mumbai or another city, I’d strongly avoid staying here. There are other stays and villas with fantastic food and rooms at pocket-friendly prices.

Aviraj Niwas had a good atmosphere and was easy to get to beaches and other places from. The room was clean and well maintained, the owner was friendly, and the service was good. Nice stay.

The staff were rude, the bathrooms weren’t clean, and hygiene wasn’t maintained. Wi-Fi didn’t work either. After booking, they impose random Gurukul-level rules on non-drinkers, even when they go out for a walk. Stay on the beach, but it in this homestay.
