Even in a Deluxe room, the service was poor. There were no towels or toiletries, and after night nobody answered the call at reception. It's already 9 and we're still waiting for breakfast. I asked for tea at 7am and it still hasn't arrived. Don't rely on fake 5 star reviews.

Everything in the room was in good condition and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, which made for a comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, and the rooms are beautiful. Staff behaved well, and the room rate was within my budget. The food was okay too, so it felt like good value for money.

I stayed for 4 days, and the staff were hospitable and well trained. If I come back, I'll definitely choose this hospital again.
