Treebo Time Square Marine Drive

The bathroom was uncomfortable to use because its hygiene and upkeep were so poor. The room also had dusty curtains, a torn pillow cover, and basic cleanliness was lacking. For a so-called deluxe room at Treebo Times Square Hotel, Marine Drive, Kochi, it felt poorly maintained and nowhere near an acceptable standard. Breakfast tasted below average and had very few options. It didn’t meet the expectations set by the brand or justify the price. This was not good value for money. Management needs to improve housekeeping, room maintenance, and food quality. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic comfort and cleanliness.

We stayed at this Treebo Time Square hotel with family, and I wouldn’t stay here again even for free. The rooms were cramped and tiny, unhygienic, and had a strong bad smell. It was very uncomfortable, especially with family, and cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but it was awful. They didn’t serve drinking water, there were no labels on the dishes, and flies and mosquitoes filled the food area. The overall service was terrible. Treebo needs to look into this urgently because stays like this hurt customer trust and the brand.

Right on MG road in Kochi, this place is a great option for the rate. The complimentary breakfast has at least three main dishes, including non veg, and the customer service is extremely good. It almost feels like home while you’re staying there.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay in Ernakulam in Dec 2025, and the hotel worked well as a base for first-timers. It’s close to Marine Drive, with the promenade within walking distance and MG Road shops nearby. Fort Kochi is easy to reach by ferry or cab. The rooms were modern, clean, and well equipped, with good AC, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and shared useful local tips. Breakfast was decent, with South Indian options. Good value and very convenient for exploring Kochi. I’d stay again.
