The rooms didn’t look like the online pictures at all. We’d booked two, and one bathroom had a broken flush. There were no clothes hangers, toilet paper or towels, and we even had to ask for the complimentary bottled water. The bathroom smelled awful, apparently from the cheap cleaning product. There was no hot water on tap, only a bucket brought up when requested. Staff kept going back and forth in the hallway with hot water in the morning, making so much noise it disturbed our sleep. We also left a Bluetooth speaker in the reception lobby and lost it. The staff showed no interest in helping us find it. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless I wanted someone to suffer.

For a short stay of 1-2 nights, this is a decent property, though I found it a little overpriced for what it offers. We stayed one night with our two kids while visiting Dapoli. It’s right beside the bus stand, with parking and basic amenities, and check-in was smooth. The staff were humble and helpful. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but veg and non-veg food can be found within 100 meters, although service is slow. A couple of details didn’t match the listing: Wi-Fi only worked at reception, not in the rooms, and checkout was 10 a.m., not 11 a.m. as shown on MakeMyTrip. The small manual lift wasn’t working properly, and staff didn’t really acknowledge the problem. Mobile coverage around Dapoli is poor: BSNL was the only reliable option, while Airtel and Jio dropped out about 2 km beyond town. Hope management improves the Wi-Fi and lift, and that MakeMyTrip updates the listing.
