I had booked ahead, but when my family and I arrived, they told us they couldn’t give us a room. That last-minute denial was a shock and a really unpleasant surprise. Since it was peak holiday season, finding another hotel at short notice was stressful and difficult, and the whole incident disrupted our trip. If you don’t want your travel plans spoiled, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

If you’re thinking of booking here, book offline. Someone is committing fraud with online bookings, and they aren’t registered on Make my trip. MMT is committing fraud by using the property’s name and trying to reject our compensation claim on the grounds that the property isn’t GST registered.

The food tasted great, and service was quick. The reception team was good too, and the hotel management was the best. Staying here was a real treat.
