The suite made our family stay comfortable, with a separate area for everyone to relax. We were moved up from a superior room without paying extra, a lovely gesture. Breakfast was complimentary and had lots of good choices, and the restaurant team took great care of us. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites, Kota. I’d recommend it.

For a hotel charging four-star prices, the service felt like one star. The shower area was clogged and there was no proper parking or valet attendant available. The waiters were very rude and had no manners when speaking to us, and the front desk staff were also rude. Lokesh in particular didn’t know how to talk to guests. The receptionist seemed unaware of what was happening in the hotel. For a reputable hotel, they shouldn’t have front desk staff who don’t value customers. The service is pathetic for a four-star hotel in town.

The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my four nights, always ready to help with a smile. Their teamwork and upbeat attitude kept things easy and enjoyable. Arpita deserves a special mention for being so polite, warm, and helpful, and for making sure I was comfortable. Her dedication really stood out. The place was clean and comfortable, with a great atmosphere the whole time. I truly appreciated the hospitality.
