For what they charge, this property is very expensive and needs better maintenance. A few things weren't working. I was in room 114, where the light went out automatically every night. When I called the team about it, they told me to hit the axis card key slot. The staff were good.

The forests around this well-kept resort make it a great place for nature lovers. Birds were chirping throughout the day, and there were beautiful views from different parts of the property. My room was clean and smelled fresh when I arrived. The food was decent. It offers a lot of privacy, a good fit if you want secluded time away from the busy city or people in general.

Thick forests and lush greenery all around make this a cool spot for people who want peace. The name and management have changed, and it's now called "keys lite by lemon tree hotels". They need to improve.

We'd visited three times because we loved the atmosphere, but this visit left us disappointed with the staff handling Sylvan property, especially Mrs. Sharmila and her staff. They don't have good manners when speaking to people. They people argued with us mannerlessly. The property is run by Lemon Tree - Sylvan Green property, and the property itself is very good, but breakfast was literally overcharged. We asked if they could discount the breakfast charges, and they refused. It's not worth that price. This was our last visit, and we're not going back. I'd ask the Sylvan green owner to make some changes to improve maintenance of customer relations.
