The food at the restaurant is good, though it needs improvement. The rooms are below average, with peeling paint and linens that looked used. The reception desk is often empty. Breakfast was pathetic, with only paratha or puri on offer. At this price, I expected a buffet with fruit, south indian dishes, eggs, and more. For 2000-2500, this stay isn't worth it. The location is awful too: you have to cross a very dirty, shady vegetable market, and the road is always jammed. The owner needs to improve room service and breakfast, or corporate customers will avoid the place after one visit.

The room felt a bit smaller than I expected, and a slightly larger one would have made the stay more comfortable. I hope management considers that for future improvements. Still, I had a pleasant stay at Dwarika Hotel in Darbhanga. The staff were courteous and the hospitality was commendable. I'm looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for your service.

I booked a six-day stay, but room 308 was suffocating and its AC wasn't working. I told the manager, who said he'd move me in the evening. When I followed up that evening, he said all the rooms were occupied and promised to do it the next day. The next evening, when I asked again, he put it off until tomorrow once more. I ended up checking out early because of this. It was a very bad experience, and I'll never book this hotel again.

The rooms are plush and clean, and the staff behaved well. In a city like Darbhanga, where luxury hotels are rare, this place is very good for a comfortable stay. I had an awesome experience.

The hotel was good, and everyone was helpful, from the friendly reception to housekeeping and the other staff. But the price felt a bit high for the off season, so please look into that. The hot water for bathing was also a problem. The water from the geyser lasted about three minutes, then turned cold. I'm not criticizing, just telling you what happened. Please look into that too.
