It's a decent place if you get a cheap rate. The staff are welcoming and cooperative, and most rooms have three beds and plenty of space. After staying there, though, I found the staff aren't around at night. They shut the main gate around 11, so if you're outside you have to shout from the ground floor. Everyone is asleep on the third floor, with nobody watching the entrance. Once, a family was stranded outside calling for help for about 15 minutes, and I had to go wake the staff. There's also a school on the first floor, so they close the stairs during the day.

The rooms are roomy, the A.C. cools well, and the washrooms were clean. Staff were helpful, and you can bring in outside food. It’s about 800 metres on foot from Newtown Bus Stop. One thing management should fix: the curtains look like they could fall at any time, and with such large windows that could leave guests without privacy.

The hotel occupies the whole building, though it’s in an odd location. Inside, there’s lots of space to wander and the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. Check-in and checkout were easy, and privacy felt assured. A great place to spend time with someone you love.

The property manager was very helpful, and getting around from here was easy. The room was clean and spacious, but the sink was broken, the flush didn’t work, and the bedding was really hard.
