Mr. Nitesh made sure we were comfortable and looked after everything during our stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, and all the facilities were excellent. We spent two days at Aurora Darjeeling Grand with four rooms booked, and it was a very pleasant experience. We really appreciated the warm service. Highly recommended.

Bapi was attentive and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. The team also handled our requests and any facilities we needed promptly and professionally. When we arrived at Aurora Hotel, Darjeeling, we were greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. And the view of the Kanchenjunga is stunning, one you don't get tired of seeing.

We had a smooth check-in, and the staff were warm and professional from the start. The rooms were clean, nicely designed and equipped with modern amenities, with lovely views of the Kanchenjunga and the tea gardens. We enjoyed the food too, each dish brought together local and international flavors and seemed carefully prepared. The location made it easy to explore Darjeeling, and the personalized service, including local tips, made the stay feel special. Aurora Darjeeling Grand lived up to its five-star reputation for us.
