Goroomgo Broadway Annexe Darjeeling

I had booked three nights at hotel Broadway annexe, but left after just one because the room was in very poor condition and the staff behaved badly. The utensils were very dirty, and I uploaded some photos for reference. It was my worst experience, and I regret making the booking. I'd advise visitors to avoid hotel Broadway.

I wouldn't book this hotel again. The location was very bad, and after arriving we decided to cancel. The hotel kept my 3000 rs advance, calling it a cancellation charge, so I never got the money back. The service was awful and I feel they treated it like a fraud. Rating is -1000000.

A really bad experience with groomgo. They took half payment for a booking, then said there was no room at the hotel we wanted and offered somewhere else in their property. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They cut my calls and stopped replying, and the people I spoke to had no manners. I tried talking to so many people to sort it out, but each one handed me off to another and I had to repeat the same issue. I'm exhausted and fed up, but I hope they pay back soon. I also filed a complaint. They took the booking money and didn't give us the hotel we had chosen, so I'd say don't book with groomgo.

The balcony view is the best part of this homestay. The room was very good and nicely decorated. It's a little far from Mall Road. This is Broadway Homestay or Broadway annexe, not the Broadway Hotel.
