Mr. Raju Das was especially kind and attentive, and his quick, helpful service added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself was peaceful, with a warm, cozy feel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well cared for, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and had all the essentials. I’d happily recommend it and would love to return.

The location was okay, somewhere between the best and the worst. What stood out at Hotel Dip Palace was the room: spotless and really comfortable. The staff were friendly and paid attention to things, too. I had a great stay. ✨

Mr. Raju Prasad, the manager, was friendly, helpful, and handled residents’ needs in a very decent way. The staff and service were awesome in general. The hotel is in a good location, and its rooms are well maintained.

From where the car drops you, it’s only about 6-7 steps to the hotel, which makes the location really convenient. It’s very central, near Darjeeling Post Office, with restaurants nearby and Mall Road about 500 metres away. The manager and staff were helpful and polite, so I’d still choose this place and had a good stay. My room was a bit small, though, and there’s no lift.
