The staff really looked after us. Even though the gate entry time is 10:30 PM, they stayed up until 11 or 12 to let my friend and me in after we’d been out exploring Darjeeling. They also turned on the geyser whenever we asked, despite its fixed timing. I felt safe and cared for. The room was clean and cozy, and I had a wonderful four-day stay with great service. A lovely place to stay with friends.

The location made it easy to get around, with transport and major attractions nearby. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and was nicely organized, and the staff were friendly and ready to help throughout my stay. After long travel days, I appreciated the comfortable room and relaxing bed. Good value, and I’d happily return or recommend it to friends and family.

The room was tiny, smelled bad, and felt suffocating. The bathroom was so cramped I couldn’t stand comfortably, and the hotel is up a steep slope that’s hard to reach. The beautiful cat was the one good thing.

The staff were good and the service was nice, so I’d visit again. There were a few problems, though: sometimes the geyser didn’t work, and the flush didn’t work either.

Staff were well mannered, and the price felt worth it. Best of all, it’s close to Mall Road.
