The staff were very supportive and honest. They upgraded my room for free, and when I forgot my charger, they called right away to let me know. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

At Hotel Khusi International, we were overcharged without a clear explanation, and the management seemed completely disorganized. The staff appeared untrained and unhelpful, and the hospitality was extremely poor. Instead of feeling comfortable, the atmosphere left us uneasy and unsafe. It doesn't meet even basic expectations for service or safety. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were good and helpful, but the hotel needs a lot of renovation. Our experience was unbearable. The hotel and rooms were in very bad condition and didn't feel safe for a family. There were holes in the room doors, so there was no privacy. The fans were far too noisy, and the rooms were very dirty. The furniture was very old and unclean, and the bedsheets and pillows weren't clean either. The bathrooms also weren't very clean, while the walls and ceilings were in terrible shape. Prices were similar to nearby hotels in better condition, but the facilities weren't worth the fare.

The room was a mess and poorly maintained. Used plates were under the bed, paint and cement were falling from the walls, and there was no proper room service. The sheet was covered in food stains and dirt, and looked as though it hadn't been changed in years. It wasn't fit to sleep in. The windows wouldn't close properly, even when I tried. In the first room we were given, the main door had a peephole that let people see inside, though not the whole room. Don't be fooled by the pictures on MMT or Google, who knows how much editing went into making the place look appealing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Diu. There's a much better hotel nearby, and I'd suggest booking a room there.
