The online photos didn’t match the delux room I booked, and the toilet was very small and unclean. Its door had no lock. The windows also opened straight toward a nearby hotel’s window, very close by.

The bathroom fittings weren’t working properly, and the breakfast was just two idlis, a slice of bread, and tea. There was also no electricity for nearly two hours in the morning, which was a major inconvenience. I was in Nagpur on important business, and this poor accommodation affected my day and productivity. I strongly request that hotels like this not be recommended in future, since the arrangement creates unnecessary trouble and reflects badly on it.

The food had no taste, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, they only swept the floor and left the toilet dirty. The room looked much cleaner in the pictures than it actually was. Terrible experience and a complete waste of money.

The location near the railway station is great, and the setup and hospitality were very nice. Best hotel for a stay, highly recommend.
