The rooms smelled foul, the surroundings were bad, and the food was so poor I couldn't eat it. People may have left other remarks, but this is what I actually experienced. I visited on 26.05.2025, and it was the worst travel experience I've had. If you don't believe me, come and waste your money. Stars are required to post this, because it doesn't deserve even one.

The staff were polite, and the restaurant food tasted good, but there were very few choices, just 3-4 options to pick from. The price felt high for the quality of service. Our room was on the 8th floor, though the lift only goes up to the 6th. The wooden floorboards were broken, and the cups and glasses in the room weren't clean. We called reception around 7 pm to have them changed, but were told housekeeping had left for the day and it would have to wait until morning. We also had trouble getting towels. Housekeeping said they were short due to some issues and could provide only one towel for our two-night stay. Not worth the tariff.

Don't book this hotel. There's no vehicle parking, and the road is too narrow for a car to get through. The room was narrow too, and staff gave inconsistent answers. There were no towels, and they wouldn't bring us an extra bedsheet. We had this experience recently, so book at your own risk. Thank you 🙏

The hotel has eight floors, but the elevator reaches only the first six, which is a hassle for anyone staying above them. The floors throughout were visibly damaged, and the bathrooms weren't clean to a basic standard. There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and even after we asked several times, nobody brought air freshener. I was also concerned about room security: keys from neighboring rooms could open other rooms, putting guests and their belongings at risk. When we asked for bathroom slippers, they gave us used disposable ones that were uncomfortable and no good for wearing for long.
