Room service took far too long or never showed up, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They ignored complaints and had an attitude about basic requests, as though guests were a burden. The room was dirty and smelled horrible, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There were stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom was unhygienic, and there was no hot water. It was the worst stay of my life, a complete waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even for free.

Hot water felt like a rare luxury here. Complaints were ignored, and the staff were shockingly rude and useless. They showed no basic courtesy, and it felt as if guests were doing them a favor by staying. The room was filthy, with dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a bathroom so unhygienic I didn't want to touch anything. This place is a total scam and a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away unless you enjoy suffering.

Don't pay the full amount in advance. They put our baggage outside the room before our trip was over, and we found our bags there when we returned from the viewpoints. The lady at the reception counter was so emotionless and awful that she wouldn't even let the women in our group freshen up for a few minutes. She behaved like a gunda. The staff showed no basic manners. They only seem to care about money.

The rooms are good, but I don't like the service. There are water and heater problems, and you have to wait a long time for the heater.

The only good part was the view from the balcony. The food was horrible, sometimes raw and hard, and not edible. Service was disgusting, and the management was extremely rude and arrogant. The rooms look good from the outside, but charging points didn't work and the night lamps were just for show since they wouldn't turn on. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If you want a good stay, don't even think about staying here.
