The rooms were OK, though not excellent. The food was delicious, and both the manager and the staff on duty were very helpful and provided excellent service.

Breakfast and dinner were good, and everyone was polite and pleasant. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, though the bedsheets and blankets could have been cleaner. It was a good experience overall.

The staff were lovely, and their behavior was very good. Food portions and quality were good too, and the hotel was neat. It’s close to Mall Road, which was what we wanted. A few things need attention: the basin was cracked, some door locks need fixing, the chairs had nails sticking out, the bathroom taps need work, and there weren’t enough clothes hangers. Apart from those issues, things were good.

Our room was average, and there’s no lift, so getting to the third floor would be difficult for an older person. The TV was there but not connected, and the landline was disconnected too. Food was good, but expensive with GST. There wasn’t a bedside switch for charging a phone. The staff were good, and drinking water was free. Overall, the place needs improvement.

Breakfast and tiffin came on time and won us over, and the food quality was satisfying. The staff behaved well, and the hotel boys were gentle and polite. Our rooms were clean, and the toilet hygiene was maintained. The door locks should be improved. I’m happy with the stay, good enough overall.
