The Grand Krishna Rooms

The rooms are good, but reception can't be relied on. I booked for my brother and clearly told Nataraj that he would arrive with his wife. He quoted Rs.1600 for a non AC room. Although it was available online for 1200, I booked directly, thinking a personal contact might mean better service. When my brother arrived, he was asked to pay Rs.1890. This isn't about the Rs.290 difference. There needs to be transparency, and people shouldn't behave so cheaply.

I keep choosing this hotel because it's budget friendly, well located, and has car parking. For the price, it's the best in the locality. Of course, paying more can get you more luxury. The room itself is a good size, with enough space for kids to run around and play. The bed isn't very wide, though. If you're travelling with an infant or toddler, you'd be better off getting an extra bed.

The receptionist's behaviour made for a very disappointing visit. They were rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived, and came across as completely unprofessional. Asking basic questions about my booking got me irritated, unhelpful answers, with no effort to assist or show courtesy. I felt uncomfortable just standing at the desk. The reception is a guest's first impression of a hotel, and this one ruined mine. Management should take this seriously and provide proper customer service training. Until then, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A very nice hotel in central Bangalore, MADIWALA, with a nice breakfast. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are due for renewal, and the Wi-Fi connectivity is poor. With some small improvements, things could be much better, and then you could raise the tariff too. I hope you'll take this as humble feedback and upgrade the property. Thank you.
