The room wasn’t clean, even after we asked them to clean it properly. It was only average afterward. They didn’t provide a bottle of water or glasses, and there was no full-size mirror in the room, just a small one in the bathroom. The washroom was also poorly cleaned, the taps didn’t work properly, and basic toiletries weren’t provided. The towels were poor quality. Pillow covers and bedsheets weren’t properly clean either. All in all, it was a bad experience.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities, and room service was very prompt. I stayed for a couple of days and found it very comfortable. Its central location is a big plus, within walking distance of the fort and other popular tourist spots, as well as the railway station and bus stop.

The room was very small, and the furniture wasn’t laid out properly. There was no cupboard hanger or night lamp, and mosquitoes were in the room. The TV set-top box didn’t work and still hadn’t been replaced by the second day. The plastic or acrylic drinking glasses weren’t clean, and the bedsheets had holes. The fan regulator didn’t work, so the fan stayed at its highest speed.

From the rooftop you can see Golden Fort and Bada Bagh Temple, and the building looks good from outside. Inside, though, it’s an average hotel and the maintenance could be better. The door locks weren’t good. I had to struggle with the keys to unlock the door from outside.

The rooftop gives you a great view of "Sonar Kella"/ jaisalmer fort and the royal palace. The location is quite good, but the place isn’t chic. Rooms are quite small and not very clean, and there’s no lift.
