The manager even rudely scolded my sister when she spoke up about the staff's behavior. When we told them I had a fever and a cold, they said it wasn't their problem and made the sick person walk up the stairs. We were furious. It felt like we shouldn't have come here at all, and I hope travelers sent by travel agencies skip this place. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and places like this spoil Darjeeling's surroundings. Getting there is a problem too. The hotel is in a basement, with no road access for cars, and you have to walk for more than 10 minutes on dark, narrow stairs that aren't usable at night. The rooms have no windows. When we checked in, staff acted as if they'd carry our bags and us all the way in, but after that the service was awful. They didn't provide hot water properly. The geyser only came on around 8:30-9:00 in the morning, and there wasn't water to use, so you had to wait before going to the washroom. After check-in, the manager and staff were rude and spoke harshly.

The staff were very unprofessional, and the service was pathetic. The hotel is far from the main road, in a slum area, and to get there you have to cross sewage canals. In the cold winter, they only provide warm water from 8 am to 10 pm. The geyser itself only operates from 8:30 to 9:30 am.

The approach is awful, with no proper road to the hotel. You have to climb dark stairs for more than 10 minutes to get there. The staff are rude and ill-mannered. This was the worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend going.

This place is way down from Darjeeling station, in a bad area, and it's a third-class hotel. The manager was especially rude. I was scammed by the travel agent I booked through in NJP. Don't go here, it's a very bad hotel and the worst I've seen.

The manager wouldn't even change a bedsheet that had already been used by other guests. Service was irresponsible and bad. Hot water was available for only half an hour in the morning, and you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. It was recommended by a travel agency from Siliguri, and this was a terrible experience. Don't fall for the travel agencies' recommendations or go to this hotel.
