There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the pillows smelled bad, and the yellow bedsheets didn't help. The AC didn't work either, and the walls had no paint. Staff gave careless answers and said there was no owner. With so little maintenance or responsibility, you start wondering if the owner is even alive. Strongly not recommended. Don't waste your money.

In person, the rooms looked shady and nothing like the photos. I was genuinely shocked. Don't let the positive reviews mislead you, this place isn't worth it.

We arrived late at night, so we ended up putting up with the place, but I felt bad that our relatives had to stay in such a messy hotel with rude people. I've seen other places kept neat at the same price, and I would never recommend this one. Please don't go. The sheets were dirty, and when we raised it, the person in charge said they'd cleaned them and that this was all they had. When we said it seemed someone else had used the room, they argued and brusquely told us to complain if we wanted, saying they didn't care. There were loads of mosquitoes too. Someone got stuck in the elevator, and staff took their time helping them out. The rooms were so bad I can't describe them. If zero stars were possible, I'd give that.

I've used Oyo since it began and had never complained before, but this was the lowest level of service, facilities, and behavior I've experienced. The lone manager and service person wasn't even polite to me, a super senior citizen. My original booking at a different hotel was confirmed, then at the last minute I was told it was full. Once confirmed, shouldn't I have had priority? Oyo then assigned me Hotel O Esr Guest Inn in Nellore, which was low quality. There was no service, not even bottled water, and he wouldn't buy some for me even if I paid. The AC didn't cool even at 16°, and the fan didn't work.
